At Husband and Wife for Life, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because we use a print-on-demand production process, all products are custom printed once your order is placed.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each order is specifically made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Ordering the wrong size, the wrong color, changing your mind or for an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
Please carefully review sizing charts and product details before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items or Manufacturing Errors
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, please email us at orders@husbandandwifeforlife.com with:
Your order number
A clear photo showing the issue If multiple items are affected with the same design, one additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame
Once approved, we will provide either:
A free replacement or a refund.
There is no need to return the damaged product.
Important Notes:
Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches for Direct-to-Garment printing) are considered normal and are not classified as defects.
We can't take responsibility for issues resulting from incorrect size or color selection made at checkout. Please email us if you have a question before ordering.
In the case of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, customers may choose a reprint (additional charge may apply) or a partial refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Please note:
If our production partner issues refunds in USD and your billing currency differs, the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
